Personalized Longevity Care in Walnut Creek, CA

Welcome to the Medical Institute of Healthy Aging

At the Medical Institute of Healthy Aging (MIHA), we believe in a better way to care for your health — one that doesn’t wait for symptoms, but looks ahead. Our proactive approach helps patients at every age take control of how they’re aging, with care that’s personalized, precise, and preventive.

We specialize in Valengerontology — the science of maintaining health and function, not just fighting disease. With a deep commitment to early detection, long-term vitality, and individualized treatment, we’re here to help you feel better, think clearer, and live with more energy, at any stage of life.

“My goal is to give patients not just more years, but better years — with more strength, more clarity, and more joy.”

— Dr. Paul H. Kim, Founder

What Makes MIHA Different

We take a fundamentally different approach to aging and medicine.

01

We don’t guess — we measure.

We use advanced tools to assess how you're aging at a cellular level.

02

Your care is custom-built.

Every plan is designed around you — your biomarkers, your history, your goals.

03

We look forward, not back.

Instead of waiting for problems to appear, we focus on preventing them before they start.

This isn’t just “better healthcare” — it’s a new era of medicine that helps you stay ahead of aging.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower people to age with strength, confidence, and clarity — by offering proactive, personalized healthcare that’s grounded in science and tailored to each individual.

We focus not just on how long you live, but how well you live — extending your healthspan, not just your lifespan.

Our Philosophy

While most of traditional medicine is reactive — responding only when you’re already sick — Valengerontology is about keeping your body and mind strong, adaptive, and functional through every stage of life.

Through this lens, we focus on:

Functional longevity — Staying active and engaged as you age

Precision diagnostics — Tracking your biological age and key health indicators

Personalized protocols — Matching your treatment plan to your unique needs
